SECTION 4: BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED ORDAINED that said Sewerage District 'T' Monroe, Louisiana shall be composed of and comprise all of the territory included within the describ'd boundaries, av shown on Exhibit A. attached hereto and made a part hereof.
